My macros for this week ahead: Calories- 2085 Protein- 115 g Carbs- 260 g Fats- 65 g I’ve made a pretty big leap after gaining nearly a kilo. I upped my carb intake significantly due to always going over my carbs. We’ll see how this week goes Weight- 61.4 kg (lost 0.3 kg)
My macros for this week ahead: Calories- 1952 Protein- 115 g Carbs- 220 g Fats- 68 g I'm somewhat aggressively increasing my protein, simply because it's always been one of the hardest ones for me to hit. My protein intake is extremely low when I'm not tracking (around 40g) and I'd like to increase protein to an optimal level so that I can focus on body recompositioning Just ever so slightly increasing carbs and fats Weight- 61.7 kg (gained 0.2 kg)
My macros for this week ahead: Calories- 1885 Protein- 110 g Carbs- 215 g Fats- 65 g Even though it appears that I have gained some weight on the scale, it's not significant enough for me to keep the same numbers My weight at the start of this reverse- 61.5 kg
My macros for this week ahead: Calories- 1785 Protein- 100 g Carbs- 200 g Fats- 65 g I have attempted (and failed) plenty of reverse diets from my last one in 2015. I'd start for one week or merely a few days, and then stop tracking. After losing most of my hard-earned muscle mass, strength, flexibility and mobility, I just never had a desire to regain it all. After my pregnancy & birth in 2020, I ate very little due to just being mentally and physically exhausted and simply just not having time due to caring for an infant with colic and reflux who'd spent most of the time awake and screaming. I decided that I needed to improve my mental and physical health. I couldn't just jump back into eating +2000 calories per day after practically starving myself (not by choice) for months and months. This was the end of week one. *PS: I'm still using the same bikini as on my other reverses, I just decided to pose arms down |
